Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participants

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to connect@events.bluecloude.com.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date (24th November 2026) may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of an administrative charge of ₹1,000.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date (24th November 2026) are not eligible for a refund.
• Substitute participants from the same organization may be accepted with prior written intimation.

Cancellation or Changes by Organizer

• BLUE CLOUD reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or programme if required.
• In case the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure conditions, BLUE CLOUD will inform registered participants accordingly. Registration fees may be adjusted toward a rescheduled event or future event participation.

Non-Attendance

No refund will be provided in case of non-attendance by registered participants.
